Consultation & Design-Assist
Early collaboration and consultation that ensures design intent and clears the path to fabrication. We've worked through hundreds of details with design teams. We know which materials work, which finishes hold up, and where problems tend to hide. This stage saves time and protects the vision.

Site Templating & Measuring
Accuracy starts on-site. We combine hands-on knowledge with 3D laser scanning to capture exact site conditions. By blending traditional manual templating with advanced technology, we model with confidence and deliver components that fit the first time. Measurements are verified. Tolerances are accounted for.

Drafting & Modeling
Architectural concepts become build-ready plans. We transform design intent into detailed approval drawings and 3D models that bring clarity to complex designs. Working closely with architects, designers, and builders, we resolve every element before fabrication begins.

Custom Fabrication & Coordination
Every piece is built in-house by craftspeople who understand both the design and the engineering behind it. We don't rush fabrication. Lumber is dried, finished, and inspected. Steel is cut, welded, and checked for square. Glass is templated twice. Each material gets the time and dedication it needs.

Finishing & Material Detailing
Stains, oils, patinas, powder coating, and polishing—all controlled under one roof so tone and texture stay unified. We study how light hits a surface, how a patina ages, and how finishes interact across wood and metal. Every sample is approved before we scale to the full piece.

- Match stains and finishes to samples or existing conditions
- Apply patinas and chemical finishes to bronze, steel, and brass
- Coordinate powder coating and plating for railings and hardware
- Test finishes on material samples before committing to production
- Ensure grain direction, seam placement, and quality meet standards

Installation
We template, plan the sequence, and execute with the same care we brought to every step leading up to installation. Our installers are well-versed on the overall project. They know how each piece was built and how it's meant to come together. If an adjustment is needed, they have the tools and knowledge to make it right on-site.

- Schedule installation to align with construction milestones
- Protect finished surfaces during delivery and install
- Work with GCs to coordinate access, staging, and site conditions
- Verify fit and alignment before final anchoring
- Leave the site clean and ready for the next trade
